I gave you the wrong address with my order, what should I do?

Please submit the change of address request from the “Contact” page. There is normally a 2-3 day window before your order ships to make changes. Please note, once your order has shipped we can not change the shipping address.

After 45 days of purchase we can no longer provide refunds for return.

 

I placed an order with you, but I need to cancel it.

If your order has not been shipped, we are able to cancel your order and refund your money. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return your items upon receiving them.



How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will automatically receive tracking information to the email that you provided during checkout. 



The item I want is out of stock, will it be back soon?

If there are styles that you are interested in that are not posted on the website, please utilize the Contact page to enter your inquiry. We will respond within 2 business days to update you on inventory status.



I am purchasing for a friend and I don't want them to know how much I paid.

Orders do not come with any papers or packaging slips that include prices of the items purchased. Your confirmation email has this information if you would like it for your own keeping, but if you're sending something to a friend, dont worry - they won't know how much you paid.
